What is Playa de Muro Like?

Located in Alcudia Bay as part of the Balearic Islands, Playa de Muro is a 6km long golden sand beach that offers holiday goers everything they could want for a fun day in the sun.

Since the beautiful beach is so large, you can choose to keep to yourself or venture into popular areas to catch the surf.

Because of its size, the beach has four sections, including the following:

Sector one is a popular option joined to the town’s beach. It has everything you might need to enjoy your day at the beach and is surrounded by hotels and restaurants.

Sector two: starting at the S’Oberta, this beach stretch has the same vibe as sector one but is a little less busy.

Es Comu: You’ll notice the tourists, resorts, and restaurants disappear as you walk into a more natural part of the beach with stunning pine trees. This 1.5km stretch is an excellent option for those that enjoy a quiet walk.

Es Capellans: Things will start getting busier here again on the 400m golden sand with a range of resorts and restaurants. However, it doesn’t have a blue flag award; something to be aware of.
